Community care presents unique infection prevention challenges that cannot simply be addressed using hospital-based policies and education. VICIPS develops tailored education, policies and implementation resources designed specifically for the community care environment, helping organisations build staff knowledge, confidence and consistency.

Community care is not simply hospital infection prevention delivered in a different location.
